SATs Mastery Programme
The SATs Mastery Programme is a tailored course designed for students in Year 5 and Year 6, with a focus on the English components of the SATs, specifically reading comprehension, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. This programme is structured to help students consolidate their learning, fill any gaps in their understanding, and build the skills they need for SATs success.
Course Structure:
Choose Between Two Options:

Online Course: Study at your own pace with pre-recorded lessons, assignments, and personalised feedback.

Face-to-Face Course: Attend weekly sessions in person, every Wednesday from 4:45 PM to 6:15 PM.
Online Learning:

The online course offers flexibility, with pre-recorded lessons that allow students to progress at their own pace. Personalised feedback is given via voice notes or written responses.
Face-to-Face Learning:

In-person sessions at [Your Location] every Wednesday provide direct, hands-on support for students who prefer a more interactive learning environment.
Assignments:

Weekly comprehension tasks, grammar exercises, and spelling tests must be submitted by the set deadlines. Personalised feedback is provided to keep students on track.
Reading Comprehension:

The course focuses on key comprehension strategies needed for SATs success, helping students improve their ability to understand and analyse texts.
Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling:

Comprehensive practice in grammar, punctuation, and spelling is provided, including access to Spellzone (included in the course fee), to ensure students are well-prepared for their SATs exams.
Personalised Support:

Each student will receive individual feedback on their assignments. They can revisit pre-recorded lessons and grammar modules whenever needed for extra practice and reinforcement.
Additional Resources:

ConquerMaths (Optional): Parents can choose to extend their child’s learning to include maths by purchasing access to ConquerMaths at a discounted rate. This is not included in the SATs Mastery programme but is recommended for a well-rounded SATs preparation.
Year 5 and Year 6 Focus:

The programme is open to both Year 5 and Year 6 students, with priority given to Year 6 students preparing for their SATs. Students are grouped based on their initial assessment:

Group A: For students working above average.

Group B: For students working at an average level.
