Join 1Point3Academy’s Home Education Group this Spring! For children aged 5 to 16, meeting twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Friday. Our sessions offer assessments, hands-on activities and a welcoming community to support your family’s home education journey. January Focus: Assessments The first two sessions (January 17th & 24th) will assess English, Maths, and Spelling to highlight strengths and improvement areas. Parents receive personalised feedback and actionable recommendations. Regular Sessions Feature: Collaborative projects to inspire creativity. Skill-building exercises and group activities. Opportunities for children to build confidence and friendships. Whether you're starting or refining your approach, our group supports parents and children on their home education journey. Location: Cedars Youth & Community Centre Chicheley Road, Harrow HA3 6QH Spring Dates: January 17th & January 24th (Assessments) February 6th & February 20th (Creative Writing - continued from last term) March 7th & March 21st (Creative Writing) Time: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM Pricing (Per Session): 1-2 Children: £12.50 per child. 3 or More Children: £11 per child (max £33 per family per session). What You’ll Get: Personalised assessments with feedback. Tailored resources and group activities. A supportive and vibrant community. Additional Requirements: Students must bring a packed lunch. Cancellation Policy
1Point3Family Home Education Group Booking Policy SERVICE OVERVIEW: 1Point3Family offers a supportive home education group for families, with sessions twice a month in Harrow. Activities include indoor learning and outdoor play, providing a comprehensive environment for children and parents. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: COST: £49 per family, covering all sessions for the month. FAMILY MEMBERSHIP DEFINITION: Membership covers only children and parents/legal guardians in one household. Additional children (e.g., cousins) are not included and must have their own membership, paid by their parent/guardian. CANCELLATION POLICY: BEFORE THE MONTH STARTS: Cancel with at least 7 days' notice for a full refund or a voucher for future sessions. WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE START: Receive a voucher for the next month if the new month hasn’t started. No refunds or credits if the next month has begun. VOUCHER USE: Vouchers can be used for the next month’s membership or other 1Point3Family events, valid for six months. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Sessions run on a fixed schedule and cannot be rescheduled individually. Families can join any session within the paid month. If a session is cancelled by 1Point3Family, a replacement session will be scheduled, or a partial refund/credit will be offered. NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. Please inform us in advance if you cannot attend. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: For emergencies like illness or family issues, contact us ASAP. We will consider these situations individually and may offer a voucher or credit for missed sessions. COMMUNICATION: All cancellations, rescheduling, or special requests must be made via email at [your email] or by phone at [your phone number]. We will respond within 48 hours.
