Whatever your situation, find out below some great ways to save money while home educating.

You will have to arrange your own work experience but you can also look out for volunteer experience for your child. I found it hard to find official work experience opportunities for my eldest son and this is because I didn’t have insurance so companies were not willing to take him on until he was 16. What I realised though that he was unaffected by not having work experience and in the end he managed to secure a part time job in Primark when he reached 16. He all had a lot of experiences that when put together can be packages as work experience.

You could try the Duke of Edingburgh Awards when your child reaches 14 but I believe they will be involved with another organisation.
